Close to everything, nice rooms, nice stuff..
Pros:

I liked the stuff, super super helpful with everything. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

I travelled with my husband from UK. We didn't like Arab guests staying at the hotel. Some people don't know how to behave. My husband had to yell at them for blasting music at 1 AM with doors open. Big thanks to the hotel management for listening and understanding how annoyed we were with such an experience; they take feedback seriously and care about their loyal guests. We will definitely come back next time. I wish it wasn't as costly tho so we could stay more nights.

لحد يجي استغفال عيني عينك والعذر السستم تعطل ، غيرو غرفنا من مع بعض إلى منفصلة + حاطين فطور مجاني وإذا جيت قالو اوهه أكيد في مشكلة في بوكتق ولا يوجد فطور أصلا + المكان خياسسس والفندق تطلع الدور الثاني بدون اصنصير بتبلش بشناطك

Больше никогда не буду останавливаться в этом отеле.
Pros:

Завтрака не было, хотя бронировал и оплачивал отель вместе с завтраком. На вопрос компенсации стоимости завтрака в отеле мне ответили отказом.

Cons:

На карте booking.com отель находится не там, где на самом деле. Проверьте хотя бы на Google Map. Соответственно, трансфер, который привез меня к отелю высадил не там и мне пришлось минут 20 искать отель. За все время проживания - 5 дней, ни разу не поменяли полотенца, белье и не выносили мусор. А еще там в номерах муравьи, так что надо прятать еду.

وصلت الفندق 10 مساءً واخبرتني موظفة الاستقبال لايوجد لديك حجز. وبعد المناقشة قالت نعم يوجد لديك حجز ولكن الغرفة غير جاهزة واستغرقت حوالي ساعة ونصف لتجهيز وتنظيف الغرفة

Обычный отель

Cons:

Заплатил за номер с завтраком, вечером при заселении персонал не предупредил , что завтрака нет. С утра специально рано проснулись ,чтобы позавтракать, но вышел сонный администратор и сказал ,что у них завтрака нет. Также обещали 2 комплекта полотенец, но так никто и не принес. Отель не рекомендую, просто обман.

They cancelled my booking in the day for that day.
I was planning to stay in Tbilisi for 1 night.
I’m arriving and they are telling me that “smth. Happened and I have no room” .
I booked my number a few months prior.
And they weren’t event thinking of finding a solution, speaking with me in a way like what can we do?
Started looking for a new hotel for me after I told them to do that.
And found a hotel faaar from everything.
So i lost my day, they spoiled my weekend with their extremely non-responsible and non- professional approach.
Btw the reason why my room was out of service was “the rain” on previous day. Which wasn’t in Tbilisi on the day before !
