It was central to everything...
What i didnt like?
Was the muggyness! I could not wait to return back to the hotel room. 16 degrees all night,
Otherwise we wouldntve been able to sleep.

Staffs were really friendly, every staff. They were very kind and helped us to stay safely and fully enjoy Hanoi. Thank you so much. I highly recommend!

Excellent service at this very comfortable, relaxed boutique hotel. Kathy helped us a lot with booking tours and advice on how to get the most out of our stay. Street-view rooms are not too noisy. Other rooms have little natural light. Good breakfast buffet.

The hotel was amazing! Located pretty central of Hanoi, old quarter. A lot of places are walkable and the museums are only 10-15 mins drive. The rooms were great and spacious! The beds were comfortable and overall neat. Alex did an amazing job making sure we got the best deals with day tours (I recommend booking with them). Lin was amazing at providing recommendations around the area from top spots for picture taking to niche food that locals enjoy. All staff were amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. We picked up takeout on a rainy evening and the Bellboy even ran out to shield us with an umbrella! Thanks H Hotel, until next time.

Utrolig hyggelig opphold, spesielt grunnet måten vi ble tatt i mot hver dag i resepsjonen. Rommet var også veldig bra.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic, very clean, comfortable, great location. Walkable distance around the Old Quarter, so much to see and do. The hotel manager Alex was brilliant, messaging us with local recommendations, so friendly and hospitable

I love this hotel. I definitely will be coming here again. It’s in the old quarter so it’s a perfect spot to walk around and explore. And the staff were great especially kathy! I will definitely be back here.

Lovely hotel and all the staff at reception are awesome. Special compliments for bellboy Leo who was so sincere, friendly and hardworking! Only minor gripe was that the older female server at breakfast was really grumpy.

The hotel staff (All of them !!!) is amazing the best I meat worldwide. the hotel itself is extremely good as well, nevertheless the hotel staff made this stay into an unforgettable one :)

Overall great - breakfast was not good, we only went once during our stay. The hotel could do with a pool but nothing can be done about that - also it does need a bar for at night - that could be done in the breakfast area.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The location is superb, staff is helpful and friendly, the room was clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were super comfortable.
