attention to the cleaning and mattress covers and i would of had a perfect stay.
Pros:

nice room , great size, very helpful staff. good location. great breakfast. easy to find. Even decorated the room for my daughters birthday as they went above and beyond.

Cons:

The mattress and cover where filthy and stained on both beds. some looked like blood. The corridor was noisy with guest coming in late. The fire alarm activated at 0500 am due to mist from the shower in someone's room. The evening receptionist was surly and unprofessional and not happy she had to put her phone down to help. Very different to the day shift who were amazing. Bed a little hard but that's personal preference

Large lounge.quiet location.good kitchen.

Cons:

No curtain on en-suite shower.
Heaters took a few minutes to understand and switch on.
Blinds in bedrooms let some light in.

Potential but still needs a few tweaks.
Pros:

The management and staff were great, location great. But apartment felt cold in both sense temperature and feeling. It didn't feel homely.

Cons:

The Beds aren't great. Don't even try doing the bed test! Its NOT advisable. The apartment feels bare and very cold.
Rooms are tight for space!

A really great stay and would certainly stay there again if l visit Liverpool again.
Pros:

The was spacious, modern and clean.

Cons:

The apartment was slightly chilly on my arrival but switching on the wall heater it soon warmed up. It would have been nice for heaters to have been switched on prior to my checking time when l had previously notified on my booking information.

Awful - don’t stay here.
Pros:

The room was spacious. Nice view out of the window. Could be nice.

Cons:

Parking was not as advertised. Had to move my bags to the top floor, other end of the hotel, walk back to the car, then move it to a carpark 5+ mins walk away.

Prepaid for breakfast, but the hotel reception was shut the first morning I got up and I didn’t have time to call someone to and wait for them.

Kitchen didn’t have forks or bowls. Cookware was dirty.

Blinds, bathroom door handle, and a picture frame were broken in the room. One of the wall hangings had inappropriate things for if I had been travelling with children.

Check out receptionist didn’t know he had to process deposit refunds, so I’m still owed £50 and was made late for work faffing around with him.

Stay somewhere else!
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Reception staff not very helpful. Reception area tiny and poorly lit, kids felt uneasy when we arrived. Blinds in bedrooms don't keep any light out. Lift was dirty with water? on the floor. Toilets were bizarrely very high. Plenty of parking outside but told we had to use multistory car park 5 mins walk away.
Had to pay £100 deposit up front, was told I couldn't have it back at checkout as cleaners weren't in to check room yet. Was asked to leave card number which made me uneasy and told would take 5-7 days to return?? No sign of it yet...
