The room feel neglected, AC making horrible noise all nights,
I paid for my room on your website, but i was surprised when they could not find me on the guest list as they do not operate with your website anymore according to the front desk, so i have to repaid the room i have pre-booked , there was no manager to assist my situation.
Shower was just dripping and towel looks like cleaning clothes, staff was helpful but need more orientation
