Location is close to beach.
Room view is neither beach nor garden. No carparking space, need to park on a public road behind the property.
Location is excellent. That is the only plus point for this property. Breakfast is good.
Room is much smaller than expected. Balcony is so small, that one cannot use it. The property don't serve lunch, they don't even inform it clearly. Dinner is also not upto the mark, with very little option.
I had to pay 50% advance just after booking. They even didn't allow us to enter the room on arrival, till I made the full payment for our complete stay.

It was a good stay. Location and the view is amazing.
The staff members were very polite and helpful. Good people. But I think they need some organized training, the hotel will benefit by giving its staff some formal short course in hotel hospitality. They are rough around the edges. This suggestion is so that overall experience improves and the hotel gets better. Thanks
The place is situated right on promenade and easy to navigate in the neighborhood and the staff was helpful- had difficulty at my 630 am checkout as there was no one to do it - had to do all kinds of gyrations to checkout so I could leave and catch my bus - food is average but there are some decent restaurants in the hood.
Very clean and cool. There is a nice terrace on the roof. It is a very peaceful place to stay.
You can’t swim at the beach due to the rocks.

Staff need to communicate in advance that vehicles cannot go to the front door, and give specific instructions as to how to get there from a specific drop off point.

Bit misleading description of rooms - thought Seaview was sea front. They need to explain that clearly in their advertising. Also we did not even get rooms on the same floor.
We didn't eat breakfast.
The room lacked basic amenities like shelf storage, there were only 3 small hangars, no place to put anthing in the bath or bedroom. We didn't eat breakfast, the kitchen and services were not open until 830 am. Also, We saw the kitchen door left open and left unclean overnight. Didn't look a like a clean environment where food was being prepared.
The location on the promenade was great. No proper lobby or reception. A cafe at the entrance which serves as lobby. Not all rooms have view and most have partial sea view. Lovely room, very comfortable beds, very clean and fantastic staff.
Breakfast was very basic and not great. Better to eat elsewhere.
