Great stay
Pros:

The location is very good actually. When someone is in transit it helps alot. The food option was good, but maybe buffet could be great. Overall the experience was good and the stay was exquisite. I truly recommend it

Absolutely awful customer service
Pros:

I ended up staying at a different location at an additional cost (same company) - it was a convenient location

Cons:

My overall experience has been very bad, any staff I encountered were very unhelpful, customer service was absolutely awful - promises of help and call back on numerous occasions went by the wayside, eventually got the promise of a refund (was told this on numerous occasions) and I’m still waiting a month later - do not recommend at all

Superbe hôtel de transit
Pros:

Suite à une interruption de transit cet hôtel est situé dans l'aéroport impeccable quand on est fatigués et qu'on doit reprendre un vol le matin de bonne heure.
Restaurant à l'intérieur de qualité

Cons:

A préciser que le premier prix indiqué par booking n'est que pour un transit de 3 heures la nuitée coûte environ 90€ alors que les 3 h sont facturés 35€

Totally it was so comfortable to my wife was unable to walk much.
Pros:

The rate card may be per day would be better instead 3-6-9hrs so on.
