Recommended for service, location. Comfort is good.
Pros:

The one outstanding aspect of my stay was definitely the service. From pre-arrival - I had to text the hotel regarding some matters, to arriving at the hotel for check-in, was politely handled and staff regularly went out of their way to make you feel at east. Everyone is friendly, and of note was how willing they were willing to assist. I was on this trip with seniors and one struggles to get up and down stairs - staff, both front desk, security and doormen were quick to try and help and support. They also acceded to our special requests, including a not so usual one, where we asked if we could heat up some takeaway that had gone cold.

The room facilities are generally clean, air conditioning is cold to the point of freezing (if you like sleeping in cold temps like me, this is great). Location is excellent as you are located in the Ben Thanh area, with many shops, eateries, the local market all within walking distance.

Cons:

This is probably room dependent - our room shower had leaks through the floor - so the floor outside of the shower was wet every time we bathed. The bidet only has one power setting, full blast. Which is...less useful than one might think. There's some noise from the neighbouring shops at night, you can hear dance music sometimes. It is mostly muffled and generally ok, but if you are very very sensitive to noise, request for higher room floors. There's also new views to speak of in this room.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - super accommodating and friendly. Amazing central location.

Room was pretty small - does the job but just something to be aware of. Not much space for luggage etc.

Great location, clean, good amenities, wifi was good.

Cons:

I could hear other people through the walls; limited vegetarian/vegan options at breakfast. The bed was also too firm for my taste- the mattress seemed hard.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny w tej lokalizacji.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu jest idealna jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie - blisko do różnych atrakcji oraz fajnych knajpek. Obsługa hotelowa bardzo uprzejma. Wybór na śniadaniu jest dość skromny, ale na kilka dni ok.
