It was good

The walls are paper thin so if the guests in other rooms so much as cough, you will hear them. The beds have no boxsprings and squeak at every movement. My check-in experience was awful- I was so exhausted and just wanted to get to sleep as it was after midnight but the employee called me when I got to my room and said my check-in didn’t “go through” and that I needed to come downstairs and do it again. The whole thing gave me a bad feeling, like I needed to keep am eye on my card for a double charge or unexpected, fraudulent charges. In the morning, I saw that the floors were dirty and had not been cleaned. I could not get out of this hotel faster and would never come back.

One tiny bar of soap for 2 people, a tiny bottle of shampoo, no conditioner, no hand towels,

The road noise was horrible.

The bed is so uncomfortable

Do NOT stay here. They are not only abusive but they have the Military stay here. The halls and our room was FILLED with pot smoke. The men will hit on your daughter and ask her to have sex with them. They will stand outside your window at 4am and talk LOUD. The WORST part... is even though I had a confirmation # and confirmed with the front desk... they WILL CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION and tell you to GET OUT 30 minutes BEFORE check out. If you get upset and say no, I have a confirmation, they will say "we got a large contract coming in, and you need to go". If you get upset, they will threaten you and say " Dont make me have you escorted off the property, because I will". Did I do anythong wrong? No. Then why are you treating me this way. It came from Corporate... I dont have a car, so you are putting me in a bad situation for me and my daughter? The answer was, Sorry. But you need to leave. UNBELIEVABLE. I asked for the WALK policy and it states they need to pay the first night of the new hotel, and she said, I can't do that. I am still waiting for my credit, per their policy!

Even though room had full kitchen it didn't have any dishes or cook ware. Went to front desk and was given paper plate bowl and plastic utensils. I didn't get the feeling that pots and pans were even available. no coffee maker in room. no breakfast served. no ice machine in the hotel. basically any short cut that could be taken by the owner was taken, no entrance signs.

Free wifi was slow but $7/week for highspeed wasn't bad. Just not that high speed even after I called and gave them our IP addresses to speed things up a bit.

A comfortable chair.

There were some loud neighbors but, Hector took care of it. When it didn't quiet down enough, he moved me to a different room.
