Good hotel, could be wonderful!
Pros:

We loved our room with it's amazing view over the bay.

Cons:

Breakfast was clearly steered towards the Chinese market. Fresh fruit selection was very poor.

Pros:

Beautiful, big and comfortable bed and room, nice and clean:)

Cons:

The sauna and steam room was not included in the price which was disappointing:(

Tot in de puntjes verzorgd en schoon.
Pros:

Prachtig mooi nieuwe hotel, en zeer ruime schone kamers. Personeel was vrolijk en zeer vriendelijk

Dobra lokalizacja hotelu. Blisko plaży. Śniadania bardzo dobre i duży wybór.

Cons:

Pomimo, iż na stronie jest napisane, że hotel zapewnia transport na i z lotniska, to godziny są określone. My musieliśmy wyjechać na lotnisko po 5 rano, a transport z hotelu zaczyna się od 6:00. Tak więc musieliśmy zamówić taksówkę. Podobnie ze śniadaniem - serwowane od 6:00.

The tv is very limited on selections. No YouTube etc etc.

Tried to get room a lil warmer. But was difficult w the heat pump ac unit provided

Ha Long geniş bir alanda olduğu için diğer şehirler gibi merkezi bir nokta beklemeyin. Grable her yere 5 dakika içinde gidebilirsiniz. Otel beş yıldızlı ve kesinlikle yıldızlarını hak eden bir otel pırıl pırıl tertemiz odalar balkondan harika manzara. Kahvaltısı muhteşem. Vietnam’da yediğim en iyi kahvaltı bu otelde. Tüm çalışanlar arkadaş gibi. Ücretsiz olarak odamızı upgrade ettiler. Tekrar gelirsek kalacağımız bir otel. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

İki şeyi belirtmek isterim buzdolabı çok fazla soğutmuyor. Klima ise otelin kontrolünde olduğu için siz açıp kapatıyorsunuz bana sıcak geldi soğutmak istedim ama bu mümkün olmadı ertesi gün de soğuk geldi ısıtmak istedim yine mümkün olmadı.
