Pros:

I had recently undergone nasal surgery, and the property was extremely comfortable, peaceful, and far from noise and crowds, which made it perfect for recovery. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, enclosed, and ideal for sitting and resting after surgery, with a breathtaking view overlooking the entire city.

What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the kindness and care of the staff, especially Othman. He was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me with ordering food through delivery apps, arranged taxis whenever I needed one, and always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. They even prepared soup for me and kindly brought my breakfast to my room, which meant so much to me during my recovery. I am deeply grateful for their genuine care and hospitality.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Tolles Erlebniss im Herzen von Gaziantep
Pros:

Die super Lage. Man braucht gefühlt überhaupt kein Auto und kommt zu Fuß überall super hin. Frühstück, Mittag-/Abendessen, gibt es vor der Tür. Was süßes findet man auch. Bei Fragen oder Anliegen gibt das Personal sein bestes und steht jemandem immer zur Seite.

To make a long story short, It doesn't even cope with the standards of a 2-star hotel, this isn't their fault, but rather Booking.com's system fault which misclassified it.

Kind and helpful staff. Lots of smoking near my room.
Pros:

The staff were helpful.
Good restaurant recommendations.
Organised me a great and reasonably priced taxi to Rumkale and Halfeti.
The woman who was in charge of breakfast was kind and had a lovely smile.

Cons:

My room was near reception and there were staff smoking there a lot of the time
I was there 5 nights and my room wasn't serviced.
The steps into the courtyard and then into reception are challenging if you have no ility issues.

Lovely old mansion / an excellent value
Pros:

Great location. Beautiful restored mansion with a lovely rooftop terrace just outside our room. Our room was small and simple but comfortable, quiet and clean. We slept great.Had a kettle in the room too Large shower with good water pressure and hot water on demand. The owners were kind and breakfast was excellent; best menemen I've had in Turkiye.

Cons:

Small bathroom. Room had a small refrigerator but no place to plug it in. The table would have been better used for our suitcases. A hanging bar in the closet would be better than the hooks.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Very pleasant place to stay with friendly, helpful staff. Bathroom a bit small but a good shower with plenty of hot water. Fridge in room was really appreciated and worked well. Also appreciated the availability of tea at all times as well as tea and coffee making facilities in our room. Wonderful terrace for sitting and relaxing. Plentiful Buffet breakfast.
