Great location, very satisfied with hotel, staff friendly
Pros:

Staff helpful and friendly especially Victor from Brazil , had a good chat with him at breakfast. Beds very comfortable and room was very quiet . Good breakfast apart from orange juice which had no taste , it was like extremely diluted orange juice . Good location especially for the Cork Opera House

Mucho que mejorar por lo que pagas
Pros:

Lo mejor es la ubicación. El personal muy amable. Las camas muy cómodas. La ducha con mucha presión y agua muy caliente. Espejo de cuerpo entero fuera del baño. Las cortinas eran opacas y no dejaban pasar nada de luz. Los enchufes son de 3 clavijas pero tienen usb para poder cargar el móvil.

Cons:

La iluminación en general muy pobre, muchos interruptores pero poca luz en general. La luz del baño se encendía por sensor de movimiento, así que por la noche si te levantabas al baño te quedabas ciega, no había posibilidad de apagarla. La temperatura de la habitación no pudimos regularla en ningún momento y por las noches hasta que me metía en cama pasaba frío. El agua del lavabo en lugar de salir de un solo chorro, tenía un filtro que era tipo alcachofa y era un coñazo. Echamos de menos una cafetera. Nos pareció que por lo que pagamos, tenía muchas cosas que mejorar.

The best stay we’ve ever had
Pros:

Friendliest staff, great breakfast, amazing atmosphere in the lobby/hangout area/bar, rooms are cleverly designed and super clean. Amazing central location right on the river, only a 5 min walk to the bus station and 10 mins to train station
