Beautiful, comfortable place with kind staff.
Pros:

Greeted with a complementary coffee while they readied our room (we arrived hours earlier than we told them!). They were kind and very accommodating. The tiki bar was awesome, the drinks were delicious!

ho riscontrato poca manutenzione nella stanza:
- ci sono ben 2 TV in camera, ma entrambe con ricezione scarsa e quasi nulla.

Potentially a gem but in need of renovation.
Pros:

Location, location, location — located in one of Rome’s most charming residential areas (a few meters from the lovely piazza Caprera), the hotel is off the beaten track yet well connected to the city’s main attractions by public transport.
Outside appearance of the building — housed in a lovely Liberty-style villa.

Cons:

Staff: Not very professional. The welcome and service feel more like an average B&B than what you’d expect from a hotel.
In general, Palm Gallery Hotel needs serious renovation and more attentive maintenance — from the rather messy reception/breakfast area to the rooms, especially the bathrooms. With some upgrades and better care, this place could be a real gem.
