Cons:

First of all, it's not a hotel. It's a bloody lodge. TV was not working. I got lukewarm water as Geyser was not working properly. None of the staff show any interest in solving the problem. I when I complained about TV not working, the staff shamelessly replied " sir... aapko TV kyu chahiye? Aapko subah office jana Hai na? Sona nahi Hai kya?" I will never set foot in such a place again.

Very very disappointing. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Nothing. Just that the surroundings were quite. It was near a road but slightly away from it.

Cons:

The rooms were very dirty.
The property appeared shady with several couples coming in for hours and leaving.
The rooms were damp with a lot of dampness on walls.
No hangers in the cupboard
The room wasn’t getting locked and the lock wasn’t repaired during the 4 day stay.
The exhaust of the washroom wasn’t working from Day 1 and despite several reminders wasn’t repaired.
I booked a with breakfast stay but the property doesn’t serve breakfast at all.

Term Executive is a Stretch
Pros:

Quiet location. Elevator. Mattress good quality. Typical budget room with no top sheet, just cheap microfiber blanket

Cons:

Nothing "executive" here. Hard for me, as a 500+ hotel stays in last 2 years, understand how this lodge received 8.3 ratings???
