Pros:

All the facilities were good and the bathroom was clean and there are also fragrance in the room which make it comfortable. The AC was functioning very well and they even provide plain water to drink. The check in process was fast and easy.

Cons:

The only thing that i didn't like is that this hotel is that the location. It's not that it's not centralize, it's just at night at Kuantan, there's a lot of noice and disturbance at the city with the car i don't know whether there's are race or what but the noice give us hard time to sleep. But everything else is nice.
