House has wood smell, bathroom was not clean, mattress sheet was dirty and smelly. On top of that, the mattress was very hard not comfortable at all to sleep. Customer service was very bad, we need to call and ask for the breakfast. They did not call and ask us the breakfast and we need to follow up with the. They send breakfast to our unit very late at 11.00am.

No dedicated FREE parking. Need to park at the paid parking by the mall. The room is not clean and stained wall at living area and toilet. Water smell is strong. Rooms not equipped with fan. Deposit refund is not done within 24hrs upon checking out as promised when paid upfront before key collection. Breakfast delivered as in packed food and not in line with promised timing.

Meget begrænset åbningstid. Svært at komme i kontakt med personale. Vi havde bestilt morgenmad til kl. 08.30 og blev henvist til hvor vi kunne hente dette. Da vi ville hente det var centeret med restauranten lukket så vi ikke kunne komme ind før kl. 10.00. Vi kunne ikke komme i kontakt med personalet og forsøgte at ringe til dem forgæves. Ved et tilfælde fandt vi, efter at have gået rundt i 25 min., en pedel i centeret der lukkede os ind i det lukkede center så vi kunne hente vores bestilte morgenmad. Først kendte restauranten ikke noget til maden, men da vi viste vores bekræftelse havde de maden klar. Maden og kaffen var kold og havde stået længe.
Da vi ville tjekke ud var der ingen, på trods af at receptionen skulle åbne kl. 10.00 (Vi har der kl. 10.20). Derfor kunne vi ikke får vores 100 ringgit tilbage. Først tog de ikke telefonen da vi ringede. Efterfølgende svarede de dog på besked at de var på vej. Da vi havde ventet ca. 15 min. Kom der en meget flink og undskyldende kvinde der betalte os vores 100 ringgit tilbage i depositum.

Værelset var slidt og bar præg af at være forfaldet og forladt længe. Der var kun gjort ok rent, men der var stadig pletter på eks. Sengetøj.
Der var en ubehagelig luft, særligt på badeværelset. Det lugtede gammelt, hengemt og af skimmelsvamp.

The room was in very poor and unacceptable condition upon check-in. Cleanliness was clearly not maintained — the overall environment felt dirty and not properly prepared for guests. I requested to change rooms immediately but was informed that no rooms were available. Due to the condition, I had to book another accommodation on the same day. Although management later agreed to a partial refund, the deposit was not returned within the promised timeframe and was only processed after repeated follow-ups and complaint escalation. Strongly recommend the management improve housekeeping standards and ensure rooms are properly inspected before check-in.

Nem volt tisztaság, nem volt a fürdőben toilet papír, lyukas volt a szúnyogháló, nem volt elérhető a Wifi. A Bookingon található információkkal ellentétben a check in time nem 0:00-ig van. A reggeliről az információk nem voltak egyértelműek. Illetve meglepett, hogy nem rendelkeznek a szobákhoz pótkulccsal, ezért mikor véletlenül kizártam magam, aránytalanul magas díjat kellet fizetnem a szoba kinyitásához.

Do not make me start. This place is so dirty that I even feel disgusted to take a picture as proof especially the bathroom. The room is exactly like the picture but the toilet, fuhhhh. The walls, sink, and door were covered in mold. You can look at the photo that other customer share in feedback section. That is exactly what we got. The sofa full of ''maps'' like very old sofa. We trying to change hotel but we couldn’t because we were there during Chinese New Year, some are fully booked and some the prices were unbelievably expensive.

It has been one week and I still have not received my deposit refund.
Previously, I was informed that the transfer would be done immediately, but until now I have not received it.
