Typisches Stadthotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mitten in Arusha. Wir durften sogar bis 12.00 Uhr am Abreisetag die Zimmer behalten.

Cons:

Es war ein bißchen laut durch die Straße und das Gewusel rundherum.

Hôtel agréable avec un personnel adorable. Les plats du restaurant sont excellents. Je recommande !

I had an excellent stay at Parrot Hotel.
Pros:

- The breakfast was always on point and very nutritious.
- A clean and organized environment
- Good customer care from the staff
- Stable and fast wifi
- Spacious rooms

La literie confortable, grande amabilité du personnel, la situation idéale de l’hôtel

Cons:

Déçue.
Le bruit… Insonorisation assez catastrophique, c’était samedi soir et la discothèque en bas de l’hôtel n’a pas fermé du tout… de la musique à fond jusque dans la matinée, difficile de se reposer.
Le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas à la hauteur. Pour plus de 115€ il y a vraiment mieux en centre ville

Pros:

The staff on reception were good, as were the restaurant staff and driver. The managers were not.

Cons:

This is a terrible hotel. We were in a junior suite. The carpet was stained, the windows wouldnt close completely letting noise and insects in, there was no toilet paper when we checked in, limited free bottled water, and no hot water when we checked in. The boiler was later fixed but some hours later.
We were upgraded to an executive room but only after a long argument. The executive room had a shower over the bath but it couldn’t be used because the bath leaked and flooded the bathroom.
It’s terribly overpriced for what it is. A very disappointing experience

Ordentliches Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal,vorallem der Manager David.
Herrliche Dusche mit viel warmen Wasser.,ein Luxus nach 5 Tagen Safari.Betten eigentlich sehr gut- für mich allerdings etwas zu hart. Gute Raumbeleuchtun.

Cons:

Frühstück und generell die Qualität der Küche.
Hotel ist angeblich erst 1,5 Jahre alt.Da anscheinend von lokalen Handwerkern erbaut wirkt manches davon schon etwas abgewohnt.

Cons:

Это ужасный отель ! Никак не хочу обидеть владельцев отеля , но хуже ничего не видел . Окно было сломано и не закрывалось , шумно и холодно это с учетом что уже поменял номер . Все грязное! Я в жизни не видел чтоб матрасы на большой кровати лежали не по длине а по ширине , спать не возможно , все поломано везде , дверь в душевой не закрывалась , одним словом кошмар !

Bad choice with too much noise and cold room
Pros:

Cons:

Location in crowded area with 24/7 noise coming from outside. Breakfast is poor and no verities. Rooms smell wet woods . No hair drier nor ironing. Both gym and swimming pool is out of service. Cold rooms no heating in AC.

A great welcome to Tanzania
Pros:

I was greeted with friendly staff who assisted with luggage and provided a refreshment towel and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of the staff were very knowledgeable and polite, and the food and coffee were amazing.
