WORST HOTEL IN SRI LANKA

Cons:

EVERYTHING. FROM THE CHECKING PROCESS.. THE PROPERTY LOOKS MORE LIKE A RUN DOWN SHADDY SHABBY PLACE. THERE IS NO NIGHT STAFF TO TAKE CARE OF ANY EMERGENCY WHICH THE MANAGEMENT PASS OFF AS Hotel policy which is not documented anywhere. Not a safe place to be whether you are a solo traveller or with family. Food is not good. Staff very rude. room not clean and toilets very dirty. was a BIG mistake staying here and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

bed sheets had stains, food was tasteless, different portion sizes, restaurant floor and sink was dirty and, plates were not wiped, serving staff was clueless. pool was not cleaned. towels were not kept in the rooms. balcony tiles were broken and where the tiles were there bird droppings everywhere

Badezimmer müssten grundgereinigt werden - Warmwasser nicht immer zuverlässig erhältlich - Frühstück auf Bestellung und Platzservice eher kleiner gehalten
