Moon Valley Villas Đà Lạt delivers true hospitality at its finest. The property is impeccably clean, and the staff’s attentiveness genuinely sets this place apart. During the cold weather below 10°C, they proactively provided a heater, making us feel warm, comfortable, and truly cared for. What impressed us most was a thoughtful surprise before departure — the staff washed our car without being asked. Waking up to a spotless car was a small yet powerful gesture that left a lasting impression. This level of service is rare and absolutely worth five stars.

The location. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the hub to walk around
Had a musty smell and our room was just below the courtyard and noise from scrapping chairs could be heard from room
Very friendly and kind staff and wonderful views of Dalat from the room. It was a wonderful stay.
В номере есть всё необходимое: горячий душ, свежие полотенца, чай и кофе. Очень красивый вид из окна! Удобное расположение — до озера или рынка около 20 минут пешком, на такси — всего 5 минут. Персонал отзывчивый и всегда готов помочь.
В комнате было немного прохладно, особенно пол из плитки (было бы приятно иметь мягкие тапочки 😮💨). Шторы не блэкаут, в пять утра солнце светило прямо в лицо (это не минус, просто пунктик).

looked just like the pictures. spacious, clean, cool temperature & very comfortable! staff was extremely accommodating & helpful!
location was slightly hard to reach as it went up a small alley. was unable to walk down & out into the dalat market because of how many cars & motorcycles pass through that alleyway so had to take grab most of the time.
The staff is super nice, the guy at the reception changed the room for us, as I expected another design. The location is good with great views, quiet neighbours and walking distance to main attractions. There are several nice restaurants and cafes just within a 5-10 min walk.
They have parking for motorbikes, nice trees and flowers and even koi fish 🐠
It was quite cold within our stay so having super hot water in the shower was a blessing 😁. It was also served in the room with bottles of water, tea and coffee. In our room we also have a small balcony which was cozy and nice to have
The furniture and decorations in the room were a bit tired. It was a bit cold inside the room with the frozen floor and wind btw windows. Nice for sleeping but uncomfortable for sitting inside
