this was us looking for a low budget stay at the end of our holidays and went wrong! at least nothing disappeared, and nobody entered our room! any guest with a key here can enter your room. I discovered this because I mistaken 210 to 201! or else I wouldnt have discovered this! in a normal place, your key should not work if its from a different room! red flags!
Firstly I was given the room 210 and ended up reading 201 (english not my first language, tired from a 3 day travel) I entered room 201 and saw that it was a mess and there was a bag there, so I immediately closed the door! - to my knowledge ALL KEYS open ALL DOORS! so anyone can enter your room as long as they are guests here. when i asked the staff why my room was not done and there was someone there, I immediately noticed I was on the wrong for misreading it 201 instead of 210! but because of this I discovered that anyone can literally come in! although there are survailance cameras, anything can happen. the sheet was dirty (they say that they have spotless sheets - not true; internet was slow and kept logging off - toilets had hair from previous guests)! also AC was not cold and Singapore is HOT! well I didnt even bother asking the front door guy because the first thing he told me when i confronted him about the keys was " its not my problem"! there was also a disgusting can with food on the outside of the window, it might have been there for months now and its molding!

Overall, the room was unclean. I was woken up in the night by a large rat on top of the wardrobe at the foot of the bed. There was another rat also scurrying around the room keeping us from sleeping.

The location of this hotel is very good, but unfortunately, that is its only advantage.
The rooms are old, dark, and poorly cleaned.
Housekeeping staff are almost never seen, and the rooms are barely cleaned at all.
What’s even worse is the attitude of the front desk staff — it feels as if they are owed hundreds of thousands of dollars. Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful.
We booked three rooms for eight nights, and upon check-out, they were unable to provide even a receipt.
More than three months have passed, and there has still been no follow-up or resolution.
Even the customer service from Booking has been slow and unresponsive.
It is hard to understand how a platform like this can still claim to have credibility or provide reliable service.
The hotel is wonderfully clean, the staff are very kind and attentive, I recommend it. Because in such a beautiful city and country, you absolutely must stay here, you can trust these lovely people. Thank you for everything.

Formerly known as Regin Hotel, the hotel is located in a very old building. Even though it has been taken over by another company, the rooms are small and bare. The sheets are dusty and the blankets are dubious. There was hair left on the blankets from the previous users.
We were in the room for less than 20 minutes before making the decision to check out. We couldn't make ourselves stay overnight in the room.
When we checked out, we asked for a refund. But the receptionist couldn't do anything since the booking was made through a 3rd-party app. I contacted hotels.com's customer serviceand they tried to contact the hotel immediately to get a refund. They tried to call the hotel, but the phone at reception wasn't ringing. They emailed the hotel and after 2 days, I got an email to say that the hotel declined to give me a refund.
Maybe only consider booking this hotel if you absolutely have no choice.
The pod hotels are actually very cool . I reserved a room with king bed , window and private bathroom so for me it was not really like a pod hotel. The staff is well trained and check in and check out was fast and easy . I stayed a week so had plenty of time to assess the hotel.

スタッフやオーナーの人当たりはとても良かったですがいい点はそれだけです。部屋の壁は全てカビが存在し、全ての空間で異様な匂いがずっとします。
シーツにもシミがついており、人の毛もありました。すぐにホテルを取り直しました。とても残念でした。
A cheap hotel, but absolutely dirty by European standards. We spent just a couple of nights, trying to ignore everything by closing our eyes and nose. Stains, mold, and other signs of neglect were everywhere. Guests were screaming, watching TV, or talking on the phone at high volumes on every floor. Despite the terrible condition of the property, the receptionists were nice and helpful.
Too dirty and smoke small didn’t stay, wast my money. Call every one do not stay there.
