Was exactly as advertised building under construction/major renovation. Room was quiet and comfortable. Hostess was charming, very friendly and helpful.

Bit of a maze with street parking so mainly used the front entry but a pleasant street to walk on

Pros:

Se trata de un alojamiento muy moderno, con instalaciones nuevas. Muchas comunicaciones entre el huésped y el anfitrión.

Cons:

El resto del edificio se encuentra en remodelación y sus espacios comunes no se encuentran a la altura de lo que es puertas adentro del alojamiento.

L'appartement et la chambre sont très bien. Le lit est très confortable. L'emplacement permet d'aller facilement dans le centre de Vancouver avec les transports en commun.

The host should have warned in the announcement that the room is part of an apartment under renovation in a dilapidated, nearly inaccessible building. We spent 40 minutes trying to get in, with an underground parking lot as the only way in. It's impossible to breathe inside the room, as the entire building is completely covered in scaffolding. If Booking.com is defrauding its most loyal customers with these obviously unrealistic ratings, I can only regret it and will use another service from now on.

Wow where to begin. First and foremost the building is under construction and I was told NOTHING about it before arrival or while booking. The man who welcomed me claimed that there is no noise and I won't be bothered because they are almost done but that was far from true. Every day at 8 am there was drilling, banging and construction noise. I couldn't sleep past 8 and it was awful. You can see in the picture the construction right outside my window. I booked the place because of the parking and wasn't told before that because of the construction I had to park super far away. The halls leading to the apartment also were old and dirty as hell as you can see in the pictures and it was actually a horrible experience and I feel absolutely cheated.
