Beautiful, small boutique hotel in lovely Condesa with designer touches and incredible staff!
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious and fueled us for the day ahead. Delicious coffee, fruit, toast and yogurt! The location of the hotel was perfect, right across the street from Park Mexico, lovely quiet, walkable neighborhood. The hotel is in a charming Art Deco building and is very quiet. It looks to be recently updated; Mexican modern with nice touches in the room. It felt like coming home after a busy day. A lovely rooftop bar. There is a sauna and small work out room which we didn't use. And the staff. The staff absolutely made our stay. Always a buenas Dias or hola. Kind, helpful and genuine. Honestly we can't praise them enough!

Cons:

Our room was a touch small. We made it work. The closet is a rod with nonremoveable hangers that cannot accommodate a long dress. The bathroom is beautiful with handmade tiles and ingeniously designed but it is a tight space. We had a balcony which we never used because there wasn't much to see and there was only one chair.

Bait-and-switch
Pros:

I booked this hotel because I thought it would be convenient for several restaurants I wanted to visit.

Cons:

I prepaid for two rooms through booking.com, arrived in Mexico on the evening of my stay, and was told that the hotel was very sorry but did not have my rooms. They moved me to a much cheaper short-term apartment rental 1km away and promised to refund the difference in price ($2000usd on the original reservation vs $600usd for the replacement). Now they are refusing to send the refund. Plainly: I would be wary to recommend this hotel based on the fact that they were not able to check me into the rooms I already paid for. I would absolutely warn against this hotel group because they're not sending the promised refund. If it was a mistake, why keep the money? If you DO book this hotel, be sure you don't get charged until you check in.

Great location, great beds, very helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was great, the breakfast was delicious (although we opted for panaderias near by most days!) but honestly my favorite was the water refill station by the stairs/elevator. It made staying hydrated easy and cost effective. The staff was super helpful and nice whether holding our bags before/after check in/out times or helping us select wines while we waited for the rest of our party to be ready for the evenings.

Cons:

I wish the rooftop bar would have been cheaper or had a better view - I felt it was a bit expensive for what we got. The balconies also only had 1 chair so there wasn't a great place to relax together outside of the restaurant downstairs - not that we were in the hotel much!

Best value for money hotel in vibrant condesa

Would love to stay here again, the best location
Pros:

Such a wonderful stay! The location is incredible - it's lovely to step out of the hotel on a beautiful morning from the hotel and see the light streaming through Parque México right across the street. Our room included a continental breakfast, which was better than the average breakfast I've ever ordered while travelling - the fresh grapefruit juice and papaya in particular, wow. The neighborhood (La Condesa) is known for being a safe area to walk around - we walked everywhere from the hotel except for a couple of destinations. The staff were very responsive through WhatsApp to any requests we had and kindly gave us a quiet room when we requested it. We were there for over a week and we were very comfortable - the bed was great, the AC was essential and they even surprised us with cake and a bottle of white wine in our room one evening during our stay. We will absolutely stay at this hotel again to enjoy the food, the location next to the park and the warm and welcoming staff - thank you!

Cons:

I agree with some of the reviews that the rooms, while clean and very aesthetically pleasing, feel a little tight on space for hanging clothes but we didn't have any issues with it and used the drawers as well.

Great location, tiny rooms and lots of noise.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. They offer free water. Some of the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was located right above the restaurant, so it was only quiet from 11pm till 7am. Otherwise, there was always music and noise.

The room itself was absolutely tiny and not enough for travelers with big bags. I think it was cleaned only twice in the four nights we spent there.

Breakfast is way too simple and plain for the level the hotel aims to be.

Prachtig, het hotel heeft alles wat we willen aan een goede prijs, let op voor een gehorige kamer.
Pros:

Zeer mooi hotel met zeer mooie faciliteiten en vriendelijke bediening. Stijlvol ingericht. Goede badkamer en kamer. Flexibele en reactieve bediening in het hotel.

Een zeer mooi dakterras en een ideale locatie om van Mexico city te genieten.

Cons:

Geluidsoverlast.
Wij lagen op kamer 104, een kamer die vlak boven de inkom en het terras van het restaurant ligt. Dat er met momenten geluiden zijn op de gang en op andere terrassen kan ik begrijpen. Je kon het echter alles horen uit het restaurant bijvoorbeeld elke keer de deur open en dicht ging ( ook in de ochtend) hoorde ik dit door de oorstoppen heen.

Indien je laat genoeg gaat slapen hoeft dit geen issue te zijn. Ivm een tijdzone verschil en dan deze ervaring gaf het wel een mindere nachtrust voor mij.
Ik zou een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel vragen, dan moet het perfect zijn!
