Cons:

After check in we were told thats we cant bring outside food non vegetarian to room . Why the hotel never mentioned in advance when do booking and also they need to put a notice before booking .

Pros:

The best place to stay in Kumbakonam, particularly who loves to eat vegetarian lunch and dinner.

Cons:

Morning breakfast taste is not met compare to lunch and dinner.

Excellent Hotel for a serene sacred stay in this Temple Town that won't disappoint any visitor !
Pros:

Its a greatly curated hotel with devotional atmosphere in this temple town with great food and service and room amenities with wonderful parking space and secure location. It gave me a feel of Marriott Element type of service and interior design with beautiful large scale wall paintings done by local artist.

Cons:

Not much to ask except they can have a more prominent LILAC signage on road as its curving in front of hotel entrance and the sign location is a bit concealed currently - not a very big deal but better to have !

Excellent Stay
Pros:

We truly had an excellent stay at your hotel. Thank you for the warm hospitality. Room were impressive. the room spotlessly clean. The most comfortable beds among our trips. Great restaurant and good food.

Pros:

Great place for leisure as well as business. I stayed with the family. When I booked the property, it was shown as 3 star. However it has all the facilities and setuo incl great staff to be called a 4 star for sure. Wil definitely come back

Good place for stay in Kumbakonam with room for improvement
Pros:

The location of the hotel is a bit free from the hustle and bustle of the town. The property is a new one and so cleanliness is good.

Cons:

The bathroom and toilet is very small and will be hard to use for elderly people. The furniture design in the room is not ergonomic. The tea table and the desk have protruded steel legs which hurt the toes/ knees often while walking inside the room. Guests need to be very cautious of this. All of my family members during the stay got hurt at least twice.

The Front office staff need to be trained further to at least put up a smile or pleasing face when talking to Guests. Often it was noticed elderly guests were standing for minutes for a Check in procedure.
