Great location and very clean and nice.

Cons:

Had problems with the TV. It would just randomly just shut off in the middle of a program and then take 10 minutes to reboot. The room doors close VERY LOUDLY. We heard doors slamming all night long.

Overall, very nice stay and loved the location.
Pros:

The breakfast was overpriced for what was being offered. it should have been included with the stay.
The location of the hotel is top notch !! Close to the ball parks, activities and restaurants.

Cons:

I didn't like that my room was not cleaned after being out all day. I made a request prior to leaving for the day.Iwas there for a full week, starting Saturday and checked out the following Friday. When I called the front desk to let someone know, I was told at that point in my stay( day 3) that the all checked out rooms were cleaned first, then the extended stay rooms were cleaned. This was not disclosed upfront, so I had to readjust my expectations
Once I reset my clean room expectations, I was less annoyed with that part of my stay. Cleaning staff was respectful and very nice.

Pros:

The place is beautiful, the staff is great and polite at all times, check-in is so easy as they speak Spanish, very clean, the location is perfect, I recommend this place if you come with children.

Really nice hotel, located in the middle of pigeon forge with a beautiful view of the mountains
Pros:

The location, how clean everything was and how new the property seemed.

Cons:

The only negative was a maintenance man came to the room and woke us up one morning about a repair that wasn’t meant for our room. Even if it was, those things should be done between guest.

Pros:

Didn't eat the over priced breakfast buffet. Not much there. Would like to see more staff that speaks english! Overall the facilities were very nice. Would stay again.

Cleaning staff said she didn't speak English. She said that in English lol
