Pros:

I liked that the bed was comfortable during my stay. The manager in the morning said she would reimburse me $57, which I appreciated — it’s better than nothing. The security guard was polite and respectful, which made me feel more comfortable. Other than that, there wasn’t much else that stood out about the stay

Cons:

My daughter and I drove from Connecticut to Manhattan for her volleyball event and stayed at this hotel. After a long day of travel, we returned around 10 PM and were told there was no front desk staff available to check us in. The security guard told us we had to sit in the lobby and wait, which was very frustrating after hours on the road.

When the employee finally arrived, she smelled strongly of marijuana and the odor filled the lobby. I have asthma, and the smell immediately affected my breathing. When I calmly explained that we had been unable to check in earlier due to no staff being scheduled, she responded with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude.

The next day, the manager seemed unaware of what had happened, which shows a lack of communication among staff. In addition, the bathroom in our room stayed very cold the entire time.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience, especially traveling with a child for a sports event. I hope management improves staffing and professionalism so other guests do not experience the same situation.

I loved the city but disliked the hotel and the way they dealt with things.
Pros:

I liked the proximity to everything.

Cons:

The tv’s had a fire stick and it kept over heating all night so we had to watch our phone. Also was told the $27 was included in what we paid already and that I was paying another $100 for a security deposit and will get it back, but instead only got back $72 and was told it was due to the $27 that I was told was already taken care of. There was no ice machine, no cups other than downstairs at the water pitcher thing.

The price is completely out of pocket for the value of the stay
Pros:

The location was the reason we booked this hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom of our room was quite grimy. Most importantly, the toilet every 20 seconds ran very loudly with a high pitch screech noise. By the time we noticed it (as we were at a concert) front desk was closed and the room has no phone for any assistance. We didn’t get any shut eye despite paying for a room.

Pros:

De afstand tussen de bezienswaardigheden was perfect. De douch vonden wij ook heel fijn.

Cons:

Het bed was niet opgemaakt. Er lag letterlijk een laken over de deken heen. Deze was niet om de deken gedaan. De vloer plakte en de airco maakte heel veel lawaai.
