My stay was acceptable for the price of the room.
Pros:

It was clean and the security measures were good. The price was affordable.

Cons:

The parking was limited, the bed was hard. There are kitchen areas in the room but no cookware,utensils or dishes.

Beautiful
Pros:

Loved the room, size accessible roomy. And there was Spanish speaking shows. Other hotels definitely don't have this option for my partner who speaks Spanish.

Cons:

The shower water was lukewarm not hot! The floor seemed to have shoe prints across the floor and mop would clean this up.

Cons:

I paid Booking for the room. They charged me extra money when I arrived "linen fee" above and beyond the Booking rate. It was not all that much, but that violated the terms of agreement with Booking as "paid in full".

Economical stay overnight for an early morning flight.
Pros:

Everything was very clean, the rooms are set up like a small apartment, I think this hotel is designed for short-term stay workers but it suited us just fine for a few hours of sleep before an early morning flight the next morning.

Cons:

I think it's the city water but the water was so chlorinated it dried my hands out within a few times of washing them and made my skin almost crack. Again I just think Richmond City Water must be heavily chlorinated we could smell it quite strongly.

I liked the price for the hotel for one night.

Cons:

I ordered a king room and was put in a queen and my husband and I were cramped. I didn't get into the room until about 4:20 because of issues with my reservation but that part wasn't Woodspring suites issue it was because I booked third party. I would Iike next time I book a king room to get a king room.

Cons:

We booked 3 rooms with double beds for 6 traveling for work and when we got there they said they only had 2 double beds and 1 bed. We had to pay for an extra room and no accommodation or discount was made. Ended up paying for 4 rooms vs 3.
