Staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel room was clean and spacious.
New property in ideal location for for my wife and I. A 30 minute scenic riverside stroll to downtown Eugene and 2 minute walk to the shopping mall. There are a lot of chain restaurants closer to hand so no need for taxi or driving for evening dinner.
I opted for room service every second day during an eight day stay and it was only fully serviced once, however the floors were not cleaned and trash was not removed. We had towel changes when we requested and bed linen changed when requested. It seemed that you will only get what is requested and nothing more. I’m sure the reception staff would assist if you are vocal

The beds were very comfortable.
The room wasn't as clean as it should be. Hair, dirty mirrors, full dishwasher. Also, we felt profiled when we first walked in for check-in. The man maybe thought we didn't have the money to stay there or we didn't dress the part. I'm not sure what he was thinking. The highway noise woke us up several times, and the downstairs outside door slams really loud and woke us up. Breakfast is ok, but there are no healthy options.
Staff, the facilities, the cleanliness, and the location were all great.
The sleeper sofa and the bed in the main bedroom were both hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

Clean new rooms. Nice by the river.
Rooms are nice they have a little kitchen which is nice, but they don’t clean the rooms, after the second day I went down and asked them to clean the room refresh the towels, when we came back for the day the room had not been touched we were out of towels the body wash was empty we went and bought our own soap. For what I paid to stay there they should have cleaned the room every day.
it had a waffle bar and the front desk was very nice. Nuff Said!
Of course the place is less than a year old so it's very clean. Kitchenette in the rooms is great, but we weren't there long enough to really enjoy that part. My only complaint is the blinds seem to be thin.
