A decent, yet overpriced room with no window and bad sound isolation
Pros:

Staff was sweet only met one guy and he was on touch on WhatsApp

Cons:

There was no window in the room. This was not visible in the photos and neither was this told.

Pros:

Le personnel est super agréable, un accueil des plus chaleureux, la chambre avec balcon est la meilleure option. Un super emplacement pour visiter la ville!

Cons:

On n’avait pas d’eau chaude, même après avoir demandé de régler le souci et l’école juste en face fait énormément de bruit à partir de 7h.

No hot water very basic, bed terrible., door was banging all night. Didnt sleep at all. Not particularly clean unfortunately.

Enjoyable happy stay.
Pros:

Big, light filled room with comfortable bed. At the back of the building, so VERY quiet.
Great, fast communication via reception desk and WhatsApp. Any questions or requests acted upon immediately.
Lovely, honest hosts.
Lane location is perfect for local life, great coffee, delicious vendor food.

Cons:

Entry via steep driveway into basement is difficult with big suitcases.
Shared kitchen was really helpful but not clean.

Pros:

The staff was really friendly. The rooma was good and nice location in middle of district 1 and 3. There were good bah min close by.

Cons:

Next to is a school and we could hear the school speacker very clearly to our room as well. So not that long sleep in the morning.
