Pros:

Хорошие комфортные апартаменты. Все как описано на сайте . Остановка автобуса близко. Есть бесплатная стоянка для автомобиля.

Aufgrund der fehlenden Sauberkeit für uns leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Größe der Wohnung war für die Personenanzahl gut und ausreichend. Genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Öffentliche Anbindung schien gut zu sein und man war relativ zentral.

Cons:

Die Küche war sehr sehr dreckig, man musste alles nochmals putzen bevor man es benutzen konnte. Der Backofen war eine Frechheit da dieser ebenfalls sehr dreckig war. Ausstattung war auch nicht vollständig z.B. drei Kaffeelöffel für fünf mögliche Personen. Die Handtücher waren teilweise alt und zerrissen mit vielen Löchern. Außerdem waren die zusätzlichen Schlafmöglichkeiten nicht hingerichtet. Man musste die Schlafsofas selbst beziehen obwohl angegeben wurde wie viele Personen kamen. Wir haben auch spontan noch eine fünfte Person dazugebucht und es wurde uns telefonisch wie auch schriftlich bestätigt dass die Bettwäsche für fünf Personen hingerichtet wird aber es gab nur vier Sets.

Im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden
Pros:

Größe der Räume. Ausstattung der Küche.
WhatsApp Service war super, immer schnelle Antwort und immer freundlich.
Babybett war super, Hochstuhl auf Nachfrage noch dazu bekommen. Durften 1std. länger bleiben.

Cons:

Lautstärke der Nachbarn nach 20uhr, da Baby davon immer wieder geweckt.
Dauerhaftes Licht im Schlafzimmer durch Oberlichter. Vorhänge haben nicht gut abgedunkelt/zu kurz.
Geschirr war größtenteils dreckig.

It had a lot of space and all we needed to enjoy the stay.

Cons:

The system that I have to log on and fill up data in some unknown website and ON THE DAY of the arrival AT THE TIME of being able to access the flat I was provided with the key code and floor on wich the apartment is. If you have no mobile devices with roamin included and access to their website- NO CHANCE to access. I had issues with that website before leaving home so I contacted the appartment. Even thow they assured me that they WILLpovide the info- THEY DID NOT :/

Katastrophaler Check-in und eine Nacht ohne Heizung bei Minustemperaturen

Die Küche und das Zimmer sind sauber und modern.

Cons:

Ich bin fassungslos über den mangelhaften Service dieses Hauses. Unser Aufenthalt war eine absolute Katastrophe:

Check-in-Chaos: Obwohl wir einen Code für die Zimmertür hatten, fehlten uns sowohl die Zimmernummer als auch der Code für die Hauseingangstür. Wir standen vor verschlossenen Türen und niemand war vor Ort. Telefonisch war absolut niemand erreichbar. Erst nach unzähligen Versuchen und langem Warten erhielten wir die Zimmernummer per WhatsApp. Die Krönung: Die Nachricht mit dem Türcode für das Hauptgebäude und der Zimmernummer wurde mir erst am nächsten Tag zugestellt – da war der erste Tag schon gelaufen.

Eisige Nacht ohne Heizung: Zusätzlich war die Heizung im Zimmer defekt. In einem Hamburger Winter bei Minustemperaturen mussten wir die gesamte Nacht ohne Heizung verbringen. Das ist gesundheitsgefährdend und absolut unzumutbar.

Fazit: Keine Erreichbarkeit, keine Informationen und ein eiskaltes Zimmer. Ich kann vor einer Buchung hier nur ausdrücklich warnen.

Alles in Ordnung. Guter Kontakt und unkomplizierte Regelung mit Pincode.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig. Bettwäsche und Handtücher ausreichend vorhanden und frisch.
Gute Service. Für unser Anliegen bezüglich dem Warmwasser (kalt/warm Einstellung kann für Kinder herausfordernd sein) wurde uns unkompliziert nachträglich Rabatt eingeräumt.
