The cleanliness, service, ambiance, staff, everything was seven star. The food was excellent, as was the service offered by Saurav and Yogesh, at the restaurant. The front desk staff were also very helpful and efficient.

Restaurant staff Sourav took care of us and made us feel at home every day. He introduced the chef Irfan, such a nice person. We felt so comfortable staying in this property. Will surely prefer to stay here during our next visit.

We stayed 1 night. Its Clean, quiet, efficient, comfortable is what were looking for that night.
At the reception we were served brilliantly by staff at the reception we were beautifully welcomed. A staff named Tahir served us well.

The location and cleanliness. Pooja and other members were very very helpful. They took great care of us and provided a great customer support.
The wifi connection was not great. That can be improved and having a spa would be a good idea for guests who wants comfort.
Rooms are very nice and cosy
Check-in process is very slow but staff are very friendly as when they notice things getting delay, they immediately offer tea to ease off the environment..

May consider sectioning breakfast or eating area, not sure if ancillary staff can handle entire dining area, sometimes there were preventable delays.
The hotel lobby was grand and big. The room was spacious and spacious.
I had to wait more than 30mins for my room even after arriving after 9PM on my day off check in.
The room’s thermostat was also broken, causing the room to be freezing half my stay. It was fixed after reporting to the front desk
The worst thing is I was charged for the room TWICE. After waiting for my receipt, the hotel sent me a BLANK receipt, which makes me feel like they were also trying to hide something. I had to go through the main Hilton website before they contacted me via Whatsapp to discuss the refund which will take roughtly a MONTH to process. They should have done so IMMEDIATELY when they saw the receipt. Unbelievable. Never staying here again
