Cons:

1. The price is indicated in USD. They convert USD to Mozambique Meticas, which resulted in a higher price for my stay, as the USD to Metica is stronger than ZAR to Metica. The manager was rude and didn't listen to reasoning.
2. Day 1 - The Safe in my room didn't work. Maintenance said they will replace it, I was promised a new room, which didn't happen. So I couldn't use the safe during my stay
3. The shower drain is broken. Maintenance said it has been reported but too expensive to replace
4. The shower door was leaking, so I every time had to use towels to dry the floor
5. One of the lights in the bathroom didn't work (next to the mirror). No attention given to my complaint
6. The windows don't have clips to close it. Severe rain flooded the bathroom floor
7. No hairdryer
8. No microwave
9. Every day I had to ask for a pool towel and mattresses at the pool. Sometimes I waited more than an hour for this. Service is shocking
10. Restaurant menu expensive and sub standard.
11. Breakfast is always the same. No variety in terms of hot food. Coffee not replaced when it gets cold.
12. Interleading rooms, not soundproof
13. Service is slow. Always.
14. Ricoffy in rooms. For the price, I expect at least real coffee not chicory. No milk
15. No snacks to buy in the hotel.
16. Christmas eve strangers walking around knocking on doors. Unsafe

Cons:

Manager was horrible. Did not honour the price we booked it for. Then tried to give us 2 single beds for 3 of us. Then tried to only give us 2 breakfasts that were included for 3 of us. Had to do a lot of arguing. Place was empty.
