Pros:

La posizione è davvero eccezionale. La pulizia quotidiana con frequenti cambi di lenzuola, asciugamani e accappatoi denotano attenzione al cliente. Appartamento silenzioso, ben fornito e confortevole.

Cons:

La doccia dentro la vasca non all'altezza della struttura, che comportava sovente allagamento del bagno.
L'wi-fi ugualmente non sufficiente: lento, con soventi disconnessioni ed impossibilità di download di film.
La presenza di scale interne all'appartamento, non tanto per il fatto in sé, ma in quanto non segnalate ed impossibili da dedurre dalla descrizione.

Нужно следить за соблюдением тишины ночью. От бара и ресторана. Перенести мусорные баки от окон гостиницы. И почистить
Pros:

Отличное месторасположение если вам нужно пошопиться. Но невероятно шумно если захотите открыть окна, под окнами бар и ресторан и все запахи и шум идет в номер и утром вывозят мусорные баки прям под окном. И все гремит и пахнет с улицы В общем спать с открытым окном супер не комфортно. А под кондиционером спать не хочется. Мы снимали два номера чтоб разместится с семьей. И в обеих номерах стоят старые кондиционеры которые ждут очистки фильтров или замены кондиционеров. Они очень старые. Но и телевизоры тоже староваты. В остром все превосходно

Нужна очистка кондиционеров. И следить за тем чтоб под окнами не шумели. Вроде в Мюнхене это запрещено законом. Но то кто-то вывозит мусор в 4 утра. То с бара выходят шумно. То телефон смотрят громко. В общем окна не откроешь совсем.

Pros:

Excellent location, 3 minutes away from the city center.
The rooms are clean.
The breakfast is OK, it could though be more varied.

Cons:

The reception staff was cold, not a simple welcome smile when we arrived.
Even though this hotel is a very good one, we didn't feel welcome there and the hotel has no personality. It was just a clean hotel in the center of Munchen, nothing more.

Excellent stay - enjoyed the city. Room was spacious and breakfast plentiful. Staff excellent
Pros:

Spacious room and hotel location close to city centre but not right in so it was quite and peaceful.

Cons:

Access was a little tricky - steps with a case could cause problems and a small lift.

조식음식이
너무 맛있고 여행하기 위치가 정말 좋아요

Cons:

방이너무 작아요. 엑스트라베드 신청했지만 침대세개가 들어갈공간은 아닌거 같고 너무 작아여. 그리고 주차는 공영주차장인걸 마치 건물내 주차장인걸로 오해할수있어서 좀 아쉬웠어요. 주차비용도 하루에40유로라서 너무 비싸요.
