Pros:

расположение отличное, до Ратуши 5мин ходьбы, метро рядом, также рядом очень много магазинов для любителей шопинга от масмаркета до тяжелого люкса есть все. В самом отеле замечательный итальянский ресторанчик. Одним словом я уже во второй раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле и еще буду выбирать только этот отель в будущем. завтраки у них отличные.

Elegantes Hotel und bester Lage
Pros:

Eine perfekte Lage für einen Opernbesuch gleich ums Eck. Ein sehr schönes Apartment mit allem, was dazu gehört und wunderschön verbaut. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und reichlich.

Da gibt es nichts.

A truly excellent place to stay in Central Munich and for the Staatsoper perfect!
Pros:

This is a lovely small hotel right in the heart of Munich. For the Staatsoper it's the ideal location (maybe 3 minutes walk!) and not much further for Marienplatz ( maybe a slow 10 minutes).
The management is friendly but discrete; the staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast excellent.
There's also an Italian restaurant in the evening. This is not haute cuisine but it is good and useful indeed if you've had a tiring day.
Rooms are extremely clean and bathrooms not too small.
Strongly recommended!
