Keine 4 Sterne und wir kommen nicht nochmal!

Mir fällt leider nichts ein, weil die negativen Dinge einfach zu gravierend waren.

Cons:

Die Dame zum check in hat völlig den Job verfehlt. Zum Check-in nicht freundlich gewesen.


Duschkopf absolut ekelhaft dreckig und auch die Ablage in der Dusche. Sowas gehört ausgetauscht!

Wenn man die Treppen runter kommt hört man ihr handy sehr laut und schaut sich irgendwelche Videos an. Der Job scheint sie definitiv zu langweilen.

Dann brauchten wir besteck und ich musste sie leider beim Video schauen stören.

Sie hat keines, aber ich kann im Resteraunt fragen, aber das gehört nicht zum Hotel.
Wer geht denn in in ein Restaurant und fragt nach Besteck, wenn er da nichts isst. Sowas gehört sich nicht. Habe ich natürlich nicht getan.

Dann die Reinigungskraft am Morgen war auch super um 8 uhr. Schön mit dem riesen staubsauger gegen unsere Zimmertür gedonnert und im allgemeinen sehr laut im Flur. Grauenvoll!

Jetzt zum Frühstück.

Aufbackbrötchen sind das eine, aber der Saft am Buffet, also einer verfügbar schmeckte sauer und überhaupt nicht genießbar.

Aber die Antwort warum dies so ist, hab ich ohne Nachfrage selbst beantworten können:

Auf dem Tisch steht ein Schild: frischer Orangensaft 3,50 euro!

Gute verkaufstaktik. Stelle ungenießbaren Saft aufs Buffet, damit der Gast diesen kauft.

Wir trinken keinen Tee und keinen Kaffee und bei dem nicht so günstigen Preis möchte ich nicht noch meinen Saft bezahlen.

Zu guter letzt:

Ich ziehe grundsätzlich mein Bett bei Abreise ab. Das habe ich schon immer getan.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist: Kissen hatten alle schoner die Flecken verhindern.

Jetzt die Matratze: gelbe Flecken

Decke: undefinierbarer brauner Fleck.

C'erano molti prodotti tra cui scegliere.
Il servizio era veloce e gentile.
La colazione era sia internazionale sia locale con prodotti tipici del posto.
Ottimo il fatto che ci fosse sia il salato sia il dolce.

Pros:

Both breakfast and location were exceptional. The beds were comfortable. The room was well cleaned, fresh, newly painted and furnishings looked new.

Cons:

No counter space in the bathroom. Not enough drawer space in the room. Not enough space to open out suitcases in the room. It was necessary to leave half of my clothing still packed in the suitcase because of not enough accessible storage space.
