We Would Stay Again!
Pros:

This hotel has fabulous staff who will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We worked mostly with Laura and she was professional, congenial and helpful. The hotel is in a central location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A couple of additional minor items would be a trash bin in the bedroom (there was one in the bathroom) and a box tissues. The breakfast had good variety and everything was very fresh. The staff serving was attentive and pleasant. The pool and hot tub are a nice extra. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Spasimo to anyone looking for a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Cons:

If the gym facilities are not important to you, ignore these comments. I was excited to learn this hotel has a gym. Unfortunately the gym facilities are lacking some basic comforts. There are only two sets of small handheld free weights and no treadmill. The lighting is very poor and there are no wipes to clean equipment after use. Also, the exercise mats were not clean. The condition could be improved fairly easily with these few issues addressed.

Great staff, great breakfast and more
Pros:

Phenomenal staff - these folks take pride in their hotel and their city! They were so helpful and accommodating.
Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast - really nice to have the option of having it in-room or on the beautiful terrace.
The very early morning ride to the airport that the hotel arranged for us worked great.

Pros:

Struttura molto curata e pulita. Interessante non aver modificato in maniera eccessiva l'architettura originale. Personale estremamente disponibile e cortese. Colazione su richiesta buona ed abbondante.

Cons:

La dimensione della stanza un po' ridotta.

Pros:

Het personeel was fantastisch, het ontbijt was lekker en het exterieur van de kamer zag er goed uit.

Cons:

Dunne muurtjes dus hoorde veel van buiten/buren, interieur was wat minder mooi en de kamer was vaak erg warm (airco werkte niet goed). + geen koffie machine op de kamer.

Magnífico.
Pros:

Es una opción excelente en todos los sentidos, destacando la atención del personal, antes y durante la estancia, poniendo todo tipo de facilidades, y tratando de que todo esté a gusto del cliente; tuvieron detalles muy de valorar, propiciando una estancia muy agradable y cómoda. El desayuno está muy bien, a la carta, que debes, eso sí, decidir la noche anterior.

Cons:

En realidad son pocas o ninguna las cosas que no nos gustaron: quizá el acceso, si vienes andando desde el centro, con maletas, es un poco incómodo, pero no es una cuestión atribuible al hotel.
