We liked the location and the front desk help,1 observation about the restaurant help is that they might need more people to serve and to bring things needed, like bringing coffee and cream (just an idea)during heavy volume of costumers, eg.breakfast .

Pros:

El personal del restaurante muy hamable

Cons:

Execivo ruido no cumple con las normas mínimas de respeto para los que ocupados las habitaciones no cumplen con los lineamientos que firmas al llegar nada recomendable para descansar ya que ni el personal de seguridad ni recepción pueden gestionar el respeto hacia los demás nada recomendable para quedarse

No vale lo que cuesta pero el hotel cumple
Pros:

El jabón del baño huele bien. La cama era cómoda y el personal de recepción fue amable. La ubicación es buena, en el centro.

Cons:

El hotel es viejo, el baño, las paredes, ascensor todo da imagen de hotel antiguo y el precio es alto para un hotel así. El desayuno es muy caro para lo que es. No sentí que la calidad precio fuera buena en ningún sentido. No es que sea un mal hotel, simplemente en cualquier otro lugar este hotel costaría la mitad.

Mala organización con las reservaciones
Cons:

Pésima organización nuestras reservas no estaban completas y no tenían registro nos hicieron esperar horas para arreglar ese error y no nos daban habitación

Cumplió mis expectativas de acuerdo a mi evento
Pros:

la ubicación me pareció fabulosa ya que fuí a una boda muy cerca de ahí y me pareció fantástica la ubicación. por otro lado el desayuno bufet estuvo muy bueno y el servicio muy bueno también.
