Pros:

I would have expected that, being a Hilton hotel, the staff would be more proficient in English. Communication was extremely difficult, as it tends to be throughout China. However, I did expect that at least one staff member would have a sufficient level of English to convey basic ideas. I would suggest that, since they receive guests from all over the world—and English is the most widely spoken language after Chinese—they consider having a greater number of staff members with stronger English skills. That said, regarding the hotel itself, it was impeccably clean and everything was in perfect order.

Nice hotel!
Pros:

Nice, comfortable hotel. Not big, but nice. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast not continental. Far from Guangzhou center, but we used wechat taxi - it was very easy and convenient.

Not too bad for short term stay.
Pros:

The property feels new and clean. It’s modern looking and the facilities are new.

Cons:

It’s a little inaccessible. There is nothing much surrounding the location which is reachable by walking. The hotel is just surrounded by highway.
