Everything, this hotel is amazing! Very classy and clean, and the staff is amazing! Had 0 issues! Bed was amazing loved the balcony where I can get that fresh sea breeze coming In! If you need anything they are there to help you and you get your request pretty fast as well! When my friend picked me up or I was waiting on a ride later in the night security always made sure I was good and ok! I would 20/10 recommend this place!! Breakfast was great too fresh omelet every morning ! Also, a lot of the night life is pretty close to hotel like 10 to 15min walk or even in the day to eat at some of the beach restaurants! Highly recommend ! Hotel is in an awesome location! I felt completely safe the entire time!

Mention spéciale pour Ama qui a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable.

Pas de room service - tous les équipements sont pour une seule personne alors qu’on était 2 et qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre double, il faut toujours réclamer des serviettes, des tasses etc ce qui est décevant pour un hôtel à ce prix là ! On a commandé 2 omelettes et 2 cafés allongés à 20€ !
Anyway pour ce standing et à ce prix là le service devrait être de meilleure qualité.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war exzellent und sehr vielseitig. Von warmen Speisen – teils auch traditionellen Gerichten – über Süßes, Kontinentales bis hin zu frischem Obst gab es wirklich alles, was man sich wünschen kann.

Das Hotel verfügt über einen Fitnessraum und einen Außenpool. Zwar ist das Schwimmbecken nicht sehr groß, doch es war am Morgen sehr erfrischend, ein paar Runden zu schwimmen.

Das Personal ist äußerst höflich und hilfsbereit. Vor dem Eingang befinden sich zudem rund um die Uhr Security-Mitarbeiter. Ich habe mich als alleinreisende weiße Frau jederzeit sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Besonders entspannend ist es, den Abend in der Lounge im 9. Stock bei einem gemütlichen Abendessen ausklingen zu lassen.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet Meerblick, liegt jedoch nicht direkt am Strand.

Es wäre hilfreich, den Gästen bei der Zimmerübergabe kurz zu erklären, wie die Klimaanlage funktioniert.
