Not great value for money
Pros:

Very nice staff
Good location

Cons:

Very small rooms; Unlikely to be big enough accomm for a couple, as one person and a suitcase was challenging.
On a secondary street so at times it was a bit noisy.
Bad drain smell in one of the rooms.
Acceptable if it was cheaper but it wasnt a cheap option.

Ottima sistemazione.
Pros:

Buon albergo, soddisfa appieno le aspettative.
Colazione ottima ed abbondante, personale super disponibile, l'ambiente è molto accogliente. La struttura è in grado di organizzare qualsiasi tour e/o trasferimento e consigliare per il meglio. Ringrazio di cuore lo staff.

La atención de Daysi es excelente. Ella está por la mañana, intenta ayudar todo lo que puede, busca soluciones a todo y es súper dulce!

Cons:

No tiene atención 24 horas, te dejan una llave de la puerta de calle para ingresar.
La calefacción es a gas con fuego, si la apagas no ha cómo encenderla hasta que lleguen por la mañana.

Gran atención al huésped
Pros:

Daisy nos atendió y fue desde el primer momento una gran anfitriona. Facilitó nuestro check-in (ya que llegamos antes de la hora oficial para hacerlo), nos ayudó en la organización de las actividades que realizamos en Ushuaia, nos dio recomendaciones y facilitó todo lo necesario para que nuestra estancia fuese lo más cómoda posible (todo esto sumado a una actitud amable y cercana). Desde luego la atención fue hogareña y personalizada. Repetiría en este hostal.

Pros:

Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is close to the main road, just few minutes walking distance that you can find many shops and restaurants.

Cons:

There is no ventilation in the bathroom, so, you can feel the room is humid after showering.

The staff was great and helpful, good location and the bed was comfortable. Simple breakfast.

The doors are thin so you hear everybody coming and going and the street outside had some loud cars late evening.
