The location is okay

Cons:

The tap has 0 pressure in the bathroom, the shower also has bad pressure, the bed doesn’t have a good duvet only a blanket. The AC system is leaky. The door to the bathroom doesn’t stay closed unless you lock it so bugs can fly in easily. Our food that we ordered was cold when it arrived. We haven’t been asked by anyone from the property if we want our room cleaned or even offered fresh towels and there is no sign to leave on the door for them to see you want your room cleaned. We booked for 3 nights but due to weather conditions we were unable to arrive to the property on time so we turned up 2 days later. We were unable to change the dates of our stay on booking.com and they also couldn’t change it in there system. So to fix this we called booking.com to change the dates for us, the hotel needed to confirm the dates to be changed however they declined it so we would have to pay for 5 nights instead of 3 even though we went through the trouble of trying to fix it. The staff here are nice and tried to help us but the manager who wouldn’t even come to the property to speak to us declined the email so we would have to pay more because clearly he only cares about money. We won’t ever be coming back and I hope they can learn from there previous mistakes.

Partie restauration pas toujours à la hauteur (jus de fruits oubliés, pas de pizza malgré présence sur la carte)

El personal del hotel es encantador, Yani es un amor! Hubo un incidente con la cena q la pedi sin carne pq soy vegetariana, y lo sirvieron con carne, lo cambiaron con una sonrisa El desayuno es correcto. Las habitaciones sencillas pero amplias, el baño exterior y amplio, con agua caliente. La piscina muy limpia. Cerca de warungs y algun supermercado.

Amazing location and people ♡
Pros:

We cannot find 1 thing we like or didn't like the most. All was perfect ♡♡ very friendly people, amazing apartment, private pool, parking, private cooking.... and much more

Wróciłbym.
Pros:

Duży pokój, ładnie urządzony. Bardzo miła obsługa. Śniadanie przynoszone do pokoju.

Cons:

Bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja. Łazienka mogła być zostać wyczyszczona. Przy basenie brakowało miejsca do opalania. Były tylko 2 leżaki pod dachem w cieniu.

從碼頭到住所的車資我數月前收到的報價是250印尼盾，我入住時已調漲為290印尼盾，我無耐地繳費，但同時小抱怨ㄧ下-並未通知我新費。不到10分鐘，他們退回了40印尼盾！誠信的住所！
