Great stay just a few things need to be buttoned up to make the stay more comfortable.
Pros:

Beautiful property in great location with friendly staff!

Cons:

After the bar on property closes guests are loud and woke me up outside. They need to do a better job insuring guest are not woken up by the party seen on property.

The deck at the 2nd “adult” pool was extremely dirty. It desperately needs to be cleaned.

Great room, wonderful TV, terrific staff, incredible restaurant, and centrally located.
Pros:

We ate dinner at the hotel. quite excellent. Great server.

Cons:

We had friends come over and visit and the room had one chair. Seemed odd.

Pros:

For New Year's Eve we had a very bad experience at this hotel. Around 2 am we went to the room with two children to sleep. one of the beds was covered in wet and had lots of mold on the sheets. We asked for the sheets to be changed and mattress but we were met with rude behavior from the receptionist. After a long time we spoke with management to get new mattress and sheets management who told us that we cannot provide services now because we do not have any housecleaning and you have to change the sheets yourself. We had one of the worst experiences staying at a hotel on New Year's Eve.

Nice renovation.

Cons:

Noise from street in the rooms is very loud. Could not sleep without noise canceling headphones. Room as booked was supposed to be pool facing.

Pros:

Excellent séjour à Palm Springs. Chambre spacieuse, très propre et confortable, avec une literie de qualité.

Amazing hotel but next time I want my room away from Indian Canyon!
Pros:

Rooms are huge! Bathroom is huge and I loved the rain shower! Slept like a baby on the comfortable bed! Breakfast is wonderful!

Cons:

I hated being on Indian Canyon Drive. It was like sleeping on top of a highway. Way too loud!

Great stay!
Pros:

Great food in the restaurant.
Pool was very nice with amazing views and good music. There’s a smaller pool in the adult only area which was very nice and quiet.
Staff is very welcoming, special shout out to the hotel driver Abel. He is amazing!!! Gave us great suggestions

Great location, wonderful amenities, upper stories may not be worth the price.
Pros:

The location was amazing and loved the amenities!

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms could’ve been improved. We had a stain that was never cleaned, I ended up wiping it up myself. We stayed in the upper stories and the way the rooms are angled you really aren’t able to open your blinds because everyone can see in. The toilet handle would get stuck, the cleaning crew kept taking our mugs and not replacing them, and overall the rooms were very overpriced for what they were. We’ll stay again but not in the upper stories.
