Hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard, and was locely and clean. Breakfast was amazing, cooked breakfast at weekends, with continantal options and fresh fruit. Keven was very helpful.
Lovely breakfast, great choice, full english, cereals, toast, juices, fresh fruit and yogurts, tea coffee, hot chocolate. A breakfast for everyone.
Clean comfort room, very homely, didnt want for anything. Location brilliant, right by the winter gardens and the tower
Kevin and Mia were lovely friendly hosts, kevin even picked us up from the train station and let us in our room early as it was ready, all with a smile and no extra cost, very kind if him. Offered us a lift back but we wanted to see a bit of blackpool before we went home. Thank you to them both for being great hosts. Highly recommend this hotel.
Parking is not easy but there is a carpark near by which is great and the shops ware near by would stay again

A very pleasant welcome on arrival. Our room was great, the breakfast was amazing:)
Continental breakfast was really good and the cooked help yourself Full English from the hotplate was more than we were expecting, well cooked and always kept topped up, excellent value for money
Only thing was we would have preferred an ensuite family room but none were available which we knew before booking, so not really an issue
People were lovely
The Breakfast was great all you could eat, location right in centre for everything,the hosts were great anything you wanted could do anymore for you. Going again same place next time

Wonderful hosts let's us go to our rooms 3hrs before we were supposed to check in as we arrived early then the breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from Kevin took us to the train station when we left because it was raining definitely will be returning
Excellent service and friendly staff. They catered for our dietary requirements well at breakfast. The room was clean and well laid out for a family. There were refreshments in the room and even a children's snack and books there for them. The location is within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach etc. Would highly recommend.
The hotel is slightly dated but still exceptionally clean and comfortable.
Very clean and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We have stayed in lots of places in Blackpool and this hotel was by far the best keep it up guys

A traditional seaside hotel superbly clean throughout offering an outstanding breakfast choice, includes a full English or Continental. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks to the proprietor and his staff well done!
