The breakfast / restaurant operated very poorly- chief was great the staff were poor and very unorganized- waited 20mins for a poached egg when restaurant only 40% occupied - 2 mornings in a row.

Comfortable and relaxing, close to Perth attractions.
Pros:

We love the pool area and gazebos that are complimentary unlike other establishments in Perth.

Cons:

Was unable to get the room with the kitchenette but the Foodie IGA nearby was good. Can’t wait for the shopping precinct to be finished.

Water bottles only on the first day, no gluten free options for breakfast, waited for an hour to have lunch in the atrium area at 1:30pm only to be told that the chef hadn't arrived and it may be an hour or two. Very disappointing.
Stains on the bedsheets. Carpet not cleaned properly after the Australia Day holiday.
Definitely gone downhill since it first opened and since it was the Hyatt.
