Pros:

Staff were very informative and welcoming. They allowed a late check out too! The breakfast and dinner service to room was really delicious and a good price.

Cons:

No window in the room and the shower barely worked.

Breakfast was nice, cleaners at the hotel are friendly but receptionist service needs improvement

Breakfast is good, satisfied the customers.

Cons:

Some of your staff very unfriendly when we asked something. The girl sleeping at the desk while working and got mad at us when we woke her up. But the guy there is very nice. Receptionist lady need training. Very disappointed ☹️
