The hotel was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. Stayed with my family. Hotels are clean. Breakfast was good. Outside hotel, it’s clean and something’s are within walking distance.

Noise of the city but the facility knows that and left ear plugs. I appreciated that
I liked that it was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The shower wasn’t that clean. It was hair in it.
Had fun using the pancake machine. Would have liked scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, but overall it was good.
Our room was okay, but I didn’t like having to reach for the bathroom tissue. I really hated to hear how the situation with our granddaughters’ two (2) unclean rooms was handled. We had used our credit card to pay for their room, and I feel a credit to our card would be nice to receive since they ended up cleaning their room themselves. Better communication with the client is necessary. If a room needs to be changed, please have it truly cleaned before moving the client to another room that was also unclean. It’s the client who needs to be satisfied and staff’s perception of clean may differ from the client.
The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and the location was great.
I requested that we needed tissues (all gone) and paper towels (almost gone) in the room. They did a very quick sweep of the room. There was no mat for the bathroom floor, only clean towels and I had to put the plastic liner on the large garbage can under the sink. The dirty wash rag which I used was not replaced.

The front desk was unbelievable, so friendly and accommodating we didn't think they would find a room for us, but we are on the side where we heard the train and it was very annoying. They accommodated us immediately recommended a local restaurant we even brought flyers over from the restaurant everybody was so nice Josephine in the kitchen was top-notch always with a smile on her face.
