Incredible location. Incredible staff., great food.
Not being able to rent flippers until 9am when my children are early birds. Not being able to hire canoe unless part of a tour.

良かったところ
部屋は広くて清潔。オーシャンビューなので眺めも抜群。
施設も豪華で敷地も広く、一言で言うなら『ゴージャス』。
残念だったところ
ミラージュビーチフロントにはラウンジしかなく、しかも20時で終わり。
ダイビングに行くためホテルを7:30には出ないといけないけど、朝食は7:00から。
スタッフの応対は丁寧だけど、エントランスにドアアテンダントがいなくて朝食会場を教えてもらえなかったり、朝食会場で待たされたり。
ターンダウンサービスは18:00まで。
敷地内にレストランはたくさんあるけど、ウェブ予約は前日までにしなければならず、当日電話で予約しようとしても、電話が繋がらないところが多数。
施設はいいけど料金の割に各種のサービスが使いづらく正直コスパはあまり良くなかった印象です。
全て最高でした！ありがとうございました！また行かしていただきます！

眺望も良く広い部屋でのんびりできました
キッチンも使えてレストラン予約などの時間に追われる事なく自分達の好きな食事ができたのが良かったです
コンドミニアムタイプなので、ミニキッチンやオーブンレンジなどが充実していて、食材を買って自炊も出来そうです。また、部屋内に洗濯機も有り、洗剤ももらえるので、長期滞在したくなりました。新しいので、全てが綺麗で快適でした。また泊まりたいです。

お部屋のインテリアがおしゃれで、参考にしたいと思いました。スタッフはみなさん笑顔で接してくださり、お掃除も完璧でキレイになったお部屋は気持ちが良いものでした。
朝食会場もおしゃれで、カトラリーや食器なども素敵でした。お料理も種類豊富でとても美味しかったです。
ビーチが程よい大きさで、小さな子連れでも安心して遊べると思いました。
今度は息子夫婦や孫と一緒に来たいと思えるステキなホテルでした。
