Average with low customer service. Didn’t bother taking photos of anything in hotel as it’s just a standard

No relaxing area just reception, no clean towels around the pool.
More managers than staff
10staff front of house at breakfast, with less guests.
Coffee was dire at breakfast tasted stewed so I asked for a cappuccino. No staff to man machine at reception. Even though it’s chargeable as a company you are missing a trick there.
Reception manager on shift for my stay. Asked for a taxi. He tried charging me double. I have travelled in India many times and was fuming.

To be honest your customer service should be getting the best for the customer. To many manager who think they are vital and not enough people who wants what’s best for the customer. They could do with seeing other radissons in different countries maybe.

Cons:

At check-in the staff managed poorly. I’m standing there with two personnel at the reception but none attending to me at the desk. Then I ask & hand over my ID for check-in & the lady is still asking me who’s name is the booking under, dazed & simply ignoring the ID. The check-in needs to be better. The remaining staff is good. Also, my room door wouldn’t close from outside & it took the staff a while to fix it right after check-in. Imagine checking in, that too late, like 8 PM, to ignorant check-in staff & waiting for the housekeeping staff to fix the door.
