SCAM. DO NOT BOOK
Pros:

SCAM. This hotel does not exist on the island. I am now struggling to get a refund and this has been reported to the ministry of tourism and Bali Tourist Police.

Potenzialmente un bel posto ma davvero troppa incuria
Pros:

La posizione è buona data la vicinanza a Mushroom beach dove attraccano le barche. Ci si muove benissimo in motorino. La struttura ha la piscina con qualche sdraio per chi vuole.

Cons:

La struttura è davvero poco curata (ed è un peccato perché potenzialmente i bungalow sono bellini). Lo staff non parla inglese. Non hanno mai pulito la stanza o il bagno. All’arrivo non erano pronti gli asciugamani e carta igienica. L’acqua era fredda e abbiamo dovuto chiedere affinché cambiassero la bombola del gas. Un unico ragazzo per 10 bungalow è davvero poco e anche se cercava di prodigarsi per le sue richieste fatte (asciugamani e acqua calda).. era sfinito! La porta di entrata non scorreva bene ma l’hanno messa a posto subito. Non abbiamo mai mangiato nel loro ristorante per cui non saprei dire. Qualcuno dice che la struttura non esiste ma solo perché su Booking il nome è diverso (e allego una foto).

Pros:

The location was great, short walk from good beaches and places to eat. Small shop out front was great.

The staff were really great and very friendly.

Cons:

The room wasn't prepared for me when I arrived, as only 1 of the 2 rooms I booked were down to be used.

The walls between rooms were really thin. Both nights there was external guests I could hear everything from conversations to snoring that kept me up until 3am.
