Definitely a place I will choose to stay again at Madurai.
Pros:

I like that it was clean, had hot water running. We took triple sharing room, it was comfortable to stay here. Had air conditioning and enough plugpoints to charge our phones.

I booked on a wrong date, the receptionist was undecided, messaged in the app and they changed the date and catered our stay that night. We appreciate that. Breakfast buffet spread was good. Lots of varieties to choose from.

Cons:

Driver wasnt happy about the drivers accomodation. It was 750 but he said it was hot and no ventilation. He stayed in the car.

Liked the room and facilities. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Reception staff very helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately because of circumstances beyond their control the restaurant couldn provide most of the cooked meals. The ongoing war is one reason.

The quality of breakfast preparation was excellent & authentic - true north idian in those dishes

L’ensemble des prestations .chambre propre ,confortable avec petites attentions appréciées : eau, sachets the,bouilloire...
Personnel agréable.

When I entered the room, it felt like it hadn’t been used for years. it was extremely dusty. I had to call the receptionist to clean it, as even the phone and lights were covered in dust. Additionally, the room was very small.

Good Stay. Nice people.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the staff was very courteous. Mr.Chokalingam is such a nice host and made us feel home.

Cons:

The distance from the temple is a little more than what I expected, but no complaints.

Convenient and functional location for short stays
Pros:

The location in a quiet residential neighbourhood made it safe yet easily accessible to the main road. The staff was very attentive and responsive, always available to lend a hand. The breakfast spread was exceptional.

Cons:

The cleaning wasn’t at a convenient time, when asked to come back later, they didn’t clean the room. May need a better system to track which rooms to clean and when.

Fantastic !
Pros:

We had a lovely one-night stay at Avenue 11 as a group of four. The owner personally looked after us and went above and beyond to make sure we made it in time for the tasty buffet breakfast. Fantastic location, close to lots of restaurants, shops, temples and hospitals. We’re very grateful and would happily recommend Avenue 11 to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the residential area so it’s safe but little far from city centre which is manageable.
The room was awesome we booked the premium family suite and it delivered what it mentioned on the booking site.
