Pros:

Großes Zimmer, schöne Dusche, schneller Check in und out. Gut, um Ipho zu erkunden.

Pros:

Good value for money. Clean. Spacious room.

Cons:

It is not really an hotel. There is no reception and the staff can only be contacted by WhatsApp or Booking messenger. Not close to the center (but Grab is not expensive).

Pros:

Très bien situé...calme car le restaurant ferme à 11h
Récupération des clefs dans le restaurant.
Il y a tout à proximité pour un bon petit déjeuner ou chez eux pour déjeuner ou dîner..

Cons:

Pour nous.. pas de problème..mais il faut signaler qu il n y a pas d ascenseur.....

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und wirkte mehr wie ein kleines Appartment, da es einen großen Vorraum hatte. Das Bad war echt gut und das Schlafzimmer auch schwer in Ordnung. Die Lage war ganz gut, in die Innenstadt musste man ein bisschen gehen, aber war alles zu Fuß gut machbar.

Cons:

Es gibt im Grunde nichts zu beanstanden. Ein Wasserkocher wäre noch nett gewesen, um sich Tee zu machen und der TV war leider sehr ungünstig angebracht, so dass wir ihn nicht verwenden konnten. War aber natürlich kein großes Problem.

Bon dans l’ensemble !
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse, le restaurant en dessous était bon et pas cher et l’emplacement était très bon !

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre qui menait directement sur la route et il y avait énormément de bruit malheureusement… Je pense que les autres visiteurs étaient moins embêtés par cela !

Pros:

Our second time staying at Songtam! This time we received a different room - wow. So nice! Great lay out. Nice and dark to sleep. Same extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful fresh linens and towels (again). Very clean. Water pressure and temperature excellent 👌 Everything is perfect !

Pros:

Neu renoviertes Zimmer, hell und sauber. Ich hatte eines mit Blick auf den Hinterhof, war dadurch sehr ruhig

Fine for budget price
Pros:

Spacious room with amenities to match the price. Fine for a budget hotel. Room was not 100% clean on our arrival.

Cons:

A little bit of a walk from the main town centre, we would stay closer next time. The staff were not overly friendly but the owner was pleasant & quick to respond with a cleanliness issue we had on arrival.

Lovely stay at Songtam
Pros:

Friendly "uncle" at restaurant check in area. Easy pre arrival instructions - easy contact with management 👌- location quiet for sleeping - very clean, extremely comfortable IKEA bed/mattress and pillows, new and comfortable linens and towels. Shower pressure and temperature excellent! Location easy walk to downtown area - many eating areas including restaurant below the rooms.

Cons:

Only 1 item - 1 wall behind the bed has mold coming through the paint - this happens with time - we ventilate the air by opening the windows briefly.

Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, propre, plutôt calme.
Rapport qualité prix excellent!

Cons:

Le lit grince un peu, pour faire des galipettes je pense que ce n'est pas idéal.

Pros:

Bon emplacement au calme, à 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville d'Ipoh.
Situé au dessus d'un excellent restaurant.
Simple, confortable et très propre.

Cons:

Traces et odeur d'humidité proche de la tête de lit
