I wish that there was a person on staff in the registration desk. We had to go to the bar to check in.
The receptionist informed us that we cannot have a room with an ocean view because we reserved our room through
"bookings", and asked us to contact directly the hotel for a future reservation. Strange way of receivibg your guests!

Very clean and bright with incredible views. The staff were awesome and my only negative was the mattress being so hard. Will stay there again but will bring a soft top for the mattress.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the toilet paper was annoying. Not conducive for the quality of the hotel. If it’s filled too much, can’t get it out from the bottom
Great place as usual. Food is wonderful at lulu’s. Clean comfortable room. Great views from the deck. Close to shopping and plenty of things to do nearby. I will be back again.

Awesome hotel. Our room was great and cozy. We had a balcony to the ocean which was awesome. The restaurant below was delicious and the staff was great. Definitely coming back!
It was very good. Would be nice if coffee was offered in the lobby in the morning. Coffee pot in room not the best. Also can use another mirror in bedroom area … full length . Otherwise very nice property
