Great location, amenities and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The location and the room we had, as well as the breakfast.

Cons:

No room service and when asking for help, sometimes the staff were too busy to help. The shower door leaked so our bathroom was always flooded no matter how careful we were.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

Localização perfeita, vista para a baia e o monte Brasil, a poucos minutos a pé do centro histórico .
A decoração do Hotel com uma biblioteca gigante junto da recepção .
O spa super agradável e um pequeno ginásio.

A lovely hotel and a great spot for book lovers
Pros:

Mostly … the hotel library … 4000-5000 books … an absolutely lovely atmosphere . The dream for any reader . On top you could drink a glass of wine , a tea , a coffee …
Very nice , comfortable room. Superb spa area .
Very good breakfast !

Cons:

I missed the possibility of having a light evening meal and not having to go for dinner ( no closing by options )

Pros:

Tudo muito bom, desde a limpeza e conforto do quarto (enorme cama, óptimo colchão) aos espaços comuns e simpatia e disponibilidade dos trabalhadores. O espaço de leitura é acolhedor e o exterior está muito bonito. Piscina interior, jacuzzi e banho turco à disposição e excelentes! Óptimo pequeno almoço
