Pros:

Our stay was a quiet, rustic, and refreshing eco-friendly experience. I appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity to give direct feedback to the manager while also enjoying light conversations. It added a warm and personal touch to the visit

Would not recommend at all
Pros:

The view from the bar over the pool.

Cons:

The rooms were dated, the food was terrible and overpriced, our rooms did not have A/C. The service was poor, nobody at the reception desk most of the time, no introduction to the hotel & showing around. Just overall lack of attention to detail.

The rooms have open slat windows so the sound is very loud. Lots of cats screaming outside the rooms and you can hear the next room as though they were inside yours.

Memorable Trip!
Pros:

Nice, quiet location in the hills of Portland... lush greenery everywhere. Visited with spouse and friends, so real nice vibe!! Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond. The food was absolutely amazing - top notch! Javaughn handled his business when making our special drinks 😀 and the manager Simone was such a star - awesome personality. Thanks so much to the LF Jungle team for making this a memorable trip!

Cons:

Overall the facilities were pretty good, however, some areas in the bedroom villa could do with some updates.

Kind of fine but nothing amazing. Nice staff but facilities lacking. Over priced food

Nice staff very friendly

Cons:

No hot water in showers. Booking said there was a fitness centre and wellness centre which when we asked where they were we were told they didn’t exist! And given no apology or explanation as to why they were advertised. Food was nice enough but very expensive.

Friendly staff, nice room and the grounds are really nice. Especially the rooftop bar area & swimming pool

Cons:

A few minor details were missed out such as the shower curtain could have been replaced in the bathroom along with the mirror. Just needed sprucing up a bit

Beautiful property however quite a few improvements needed

The property itself is stunning and fairly central. It’s a great concept with a lot of potential

Cons:

All rooms do not have A/C and the ones that do, they weren’t completely installed. We weren’t advised of this until check in. All rooms did not have a tv, again we weren’t advised until check in. We weren’t advised of the condition of the road to get to the property. One room only had 2 reading lights for the whole room. There are a lot of cats that bother you for food and sit in the shared lounge areas. Half of the menu was not available.

The environment, the view, quietness and the bar was amazing!

Cons:

The road up the hill was a bit bumpy but it’s the general road conditions in the rural areas of Jamaica so can’t really complain.

Last time in a resort
Pros:

The natural surrounding was awesome.
Stray cats all around, join you for a visit.

Cons:

Several listed room features were not fulfilled: AC (not connected), gym (not existing)...
When pointed out, the answer was, that they will check with management to resolve it, still waiting on an answer....

Rooms were quite noisy during night. As there is no glas in windows you hear everything from the jungle, plus people talking outside when returning late night.

The service in the restaurant was slow, eventhough not many guests present. On the last evening, we were told that the restaurant was closed.

Disappointing as I travelled from the UK for the weekend break.
Pros:

Breakfast was disappointing, the coffee was cold, no plant base milk and also an extra charge for the coffee

Cons:

No hot water in the room, no ac and the wifi was not good. Would have to go outside to make a call or send a message.

I would push for a more pro active staff… dragged my heavy bags across a rock driveway almost all the way to room before being asked if I needed help. Bartender was late and early staff not really versed on drink making
